Returns & Exchanges

Food safety matters. We don’t accept returns for change of mind or opened/used products. We do offer exchanges for items that arrive damaged, incorrect, or defective, if you meet these conditions:

Eligibility

  1. Provide a continuous unboxing video starting from the delivery moment (parcel in hand) through opening the sealed package, clearly showing the issue—no cuts/edits.

  2. Share photos of the parcel (outer box, shipping label) and the product.

  3. Include your order number and contact details.

If the package is already opened before you start recording, or the video isn’t continuous, the exchange is not eligible.

Report window

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the required evidence.

Resolution

Upon verification, we’ll:

  • Exchange for the same item, or

  • Provide a replacement/credit if unavailable.

Not eligible: change of mind, taste preference, misuse, improper storage, normal packaging wear, purchases from unauthorized sellers, or requests after 48 hours.
